I admit...I'm really bad at this blogging thing. I always have the idea in mind that I'm going to be writing my recipes here and putting pictures up. But I get tunnel vision so bad in the kitchen that I just cook and create and forget to put my recipies down in writing and I forget to take pictures.
But with that in mind, here are a few of the things I've made (w/out pics of course...)
-Mixed Berry Ricotta Strudel
-S'more Brownies
-Vanilla Bean ice cream
-Strawberry Ice Cream
-Chocolate chip brownies
-Chocolate Mint cookies
-various pizzas (using homemade dough)
Anyways, I'm working on taking pictures of the food... =D
